The Stewards considered the running of PEARL BLUE (IRE), ridden by Ted Durcan and trained by Chris Wall, which finished unplaced. They noted the trainer could offer no explanation for the filly’s performance. They ordered PEARL BLUE (IRE) to be routine tested.
The Stewards considered the running of OSTEOPATHIC REMEDY (IRE), ridden by Tom Eaves and trained by Michael Dods, which finished unplaced. They noted the trainer could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance.
The Veterinary Officer reported that EDMAAJ, unplaced, trained by David O’Meara, finished distressed.
Tom Queally, the rider of ISATIS, unplaced, reported that the filly became unbalanced in the closing stages.
Shane Kelly, the rider of VOODOO (IRE), unplaced, reported that the gelding had no more to give.
